Hi, I’m Tami!

I was born and raised in New York. From waitressing to managing a 5 star dining room, catering sales to owning our own restaurant in South Florida, I have spent most of my life in the restaurant business. I have spent many years in the DFW area working as a Catering Director for a local restaurant and have recently decided to branch out and help other restaurant owners market their businesses. I’m not ashamed to say it: I’m pretty much a food and service snob. I would consider myself a foodie, and I love to try new restaurants.

I am truly in awe of restaurant owners who put their heart and soul into their restaurants and are passionate about providing amazing fresh food and service to their guests. I am all about customer service and satisfaction. I have hand picked the local restaurants I want to represent, and local mom and pop establishments are my heart. My goal and mission here is to provide you the client, the personal service of a concierge while helping these special hard working owners spread the word of their amazing food.
